Do you need assistance ordering furniture using a eProcurement Approved Furniture Dealer?

Maybe your responsibilities normally don't include purchasing furniture for you department.

Do you need a little help navigating fire codes, ergonomic issues and contract purchasing arrangements already in place?

Chances are very good that Autumn Group is the preferred vendor that you need to call @ 615.889.1850.

What will happen when you call or email?

1. You will be contacted by a member of our team to answer your questions and schedule a time to meet with you personally.
2. Your meeting will consist of a project evaluation. You will have the opportunity to review furniture information that is available through the contract and give you a timeline for your project during the first meeting.
3. You will be provided with a prompt quote and computer generated drawing. We will provide the initial drawing and two revisions free of charge.
4.Next you will be walked through eProcurement or the generation of a traditional purchase order. Often Autumn Group receives a purchase order from procurement the day you place your eProcurement order.
5. You will receive acknowledgement dates when the Autumn Group receives them. They will be transmitted via email and a tenative installation date will be scheduled.
6. An Autumn Group team member will be onsite to make sure your project is correct and undamaged.
