What We Do

First: When you contact me via phone, fax or email you will receive an response within 24 hours...I guarantee it or lunch is on me!

Second: I will immediately set up an appointment with you to evaluate your project.  I will bring furniture information that is available through the contract and give you a "timeline" for your project during the first meeting.

Third:  I will provide you with a prompt quote and computer generated drawing.  We will provide the inital drawing and two revisions free of charge.

Fourth: I will walk with you through eProcurement.  I will provide you and Procurement with all the necessary paperwork.  Often we will receive a purchase order the day you order through eProcurement.

Fifth: I will send you our acknowledgement dates the day I receive them electronically and work with you to schedule an installation date.

Sixth:  I will be onsite to make sure your product is correct and undamaged.  I will work with Procurement to resolve any problem.
